The manager of HPLP’s Raleigh, N.C. office, Jennifer Baril represents insurance carriers, employers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators throughout North Carolina.

Jennifer has represented a wide range of clients from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in various industries, including construction, staffing, trucking, healthcare, hospitality and service, and retail. She has experience handling every phase of workers’ compensation litigation from settlement negotiations to full-evidentiary hearings and oral arguments before the Full Commission.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys travel, fitness, participating in obstacle course races, and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
