Toni Lynn Gaultney is a member of HPLP’s workers’ compensation defense team in the Charleston office, representing employers, insurers, and self-insureds in a wide array of industries.
Toni Lynn was born and raised in Hawkinsville, Georgia. After graduating from Hawkinsville High School, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics, Communications minor, and Legal Studies Certificate from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. While at the University of Georgia, she worked for the Georgia Center for Continuing Education and Hotel.
At the Charleston School of Law, Toni Lynn served as the Associate Student Works Editor of the Charleston Law Review, represented low-income tenants facing eviction under the student practice rule with the Charleston Pro Bono Legal Services Housing Court Clinic, and received CALI awards in Legal Research and Writing II, Contracts II, Constitutional Law I, Secured Transactions, and S.C. Civil Procedure. She was recognized as a Presidential Honors Scholar and began clerking for HPLP during her 2L summer.
Outside of work, Toni Lynn enjoys spending time with her husband and playing with her Australian shepherd, Riley.
