Nikole D. Haltiwanger has considerable experience in insurance and workers’ compensation defense, having practiced in South Carolina for over 16 years. Her practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense, and she represents employers, insurance carriers and self-insureds in multiple industries.
Nikole graduated from Furman University before earning a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. She is a member of the Richland County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all South Carolina state and federal courts.
As a member of the South Carolina Bar’s Law Related Education Committee, Nikole organizes and judges mock trial competitions. She serves as a coordinator for competitions at both the middle school and high school levels and enjoys working with children who demonstrate passion for legal education at an early age. Nikole is also a talented singer and is a member of the Lexington County Choral Society. She enjoys spending time with her many pets, travelling as often as possible to new destinations, and cheering on the Gamecocks.
