A leader of HPLP’s workers’ compensation defense practice in North Carolina and South Carolina, William Littlejohn represents insurance carriers, self-insureds, third-party administrators and government entities across a variety of industries that include construction, forestry, hospitality & service, healthcare, and staffing.
A native North Carolinian and avid Tar Heels fan, Littlejohn has been a longtime resident of the Charleston area and resides in Mount Pleasant, S.C., with his wife and three daughters.
