Lee Prickett is a founding member of HPL+P. Lee represents businesses and individuals in civil litigation matters, resolution of contract disputes, front end contract negotiation, HOA claims and general counsel services directly to business clients in Greenville, SC and throughout the State of South Carolina.

A substantial portion of Lee’s practice is devoted to liability litigation in complex personal injury claims, premises liability matters in the retail sector, bad faith, trucking accident claims and products liability claims through his relationships with insurance companies, third party administrators and self-insureds. Lee enjoys building long lasting relationships with clients with a focus on early claim involvement to strategically reduce exposure.

As a construction lawyer, Lee represents general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, equipment rental companies, insurers, sureties, project owners and a variety of other entities involved in the construction process. This includes representing clients in matters related to initial contract drafting and review, mechanic’s liens, payment bond claims, delay and acceleration claims, construction defect cases and collection matters.

Lee is originally from St. Matthews, S.C., and is married with two daughters and a son. When not spending time with his family, you can find him taking advantage of the outdoor recreation the state offers, from hunting to offshore fishing.
