Columbia
Brooks Biediger is a member of HPLP’s litigation and workers’ compensation defense team in the Columbia office, representing employers, insurers and self-insureds in a wide array of industries.
Prior to joining HPLP, Brooks was part of the Insurance Fraud Division at the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office. Before the Attorney General’s Office, Brooks spent five years representing a wide variety of clients at a West Columbia law firm.
Brooks earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of South Carolina. He is a member of numerous professional and community organizations, including the South Carolina Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, and the Lexington Medical Center Foundation, and the United Way of the Midlands Young Leaders Society.
A native South Carolinian, Brooks enjoys spending time on Lake Murray with his family and cheering on his South Carolina Gamecocks.
