Anna Bullington is a member of HPLP’s workers’ compensation defense team based in the Greenville office, where she represents employers, insurance carriers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators throughout South Carolina. She is admitted to practice in both South Carolina and Georgia in all state and federal courts.

Anna received her undergraduate degree in Public Relations & Communication from Georgia Southern University. She then obtained her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law. In law school, she was a member of the Mercer Law Review and moot court executive board and received CALI awards in Torts, Civil Procedure, Legal Writing, and Advanced Legal Writing.

Prior to joining HPLP in 2016, Anna practiced law in Macon, Georgia, where she specialized in eminent domain and condemnation litigation for the Georgia Department of Transportation. She also worked with local government entities in land use litigation and various types of civil actions. Anna represented clients in construction, business, and real estate disputes as a member of the firm’s civil litigation practice until 2021, when she joined HPLP’s workers’ compensation team. Anna utilizes over ten years of experience in all aspects of litigation to assist clients in minimizing their exposure and identifying cost-effective strategies to resolve claims.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and experiencing all that Greenville has to offer.
