Claudia Piechota practices solely in Workers’ Compensation representing Insurance Companies and Employers.

Claudia was born and raised in New York and received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Economics from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Prior to attending law school, Claudia worked in the Manhattan office of one of the largest multinational law firms.

At Charleston School of Law Claudia was a member of Moot Court, the James L. Petigru Inn of Court and received CALI awards in Professional Responsibility and Law Practice Management. Throughout law school, Claudia worked for a local Mount Pleasant firm specializing in personal injury cases.

Claudia is proficient in Polish and provided Polish to English translation work in connection with hundreds of cases. While during her free time, Claudia enjoys going to the park and beaches with her 3 year old pup, Grizzly and her husband.
