Chris Tabor is an associate with the law firm of Holder Padgett Littlejohn and Prickett, LLC, working in their Greenville, SC office. His practice focuses on real estate and construction law, representing and counseling property owners, construction companies, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals, real estate agencies/agents, property managers, landlords and tenants. As a Certified Civil Court Mediator in both South Carolina and Florida, Chris is adept at managing cases and disputes to efficient and cost-effective resolution.

 

Prior to joining HPLP, Chris worked at a construction litigation firm where he managed a variety of construction and property related matters to successful conclusions. Before entering private practice, Chris was an Assistant State Attorney in Seminole County, Florida, gaining valuable trial experience.

 

Prior to entering law school, Chris worked as an engineer, gaining practical engineering and construction experience in mechanical design and later construction project management.

 

Outside of the office, Chris is an avid kayaker and outdoors enthusiast, exploring the rivers and trails of the Carolinas.
