Wesley Harkness is a member of HPLP’s litigation defense team in Columbia, S.C. Prior to joining HPLP, Wesley served as an attorney for an insurance defense firm where his practice focused on Trucking and Transportation Defense, Premises Liability, Construction Defense, Government and Section 1983 Defense, and General Liability Defense.

Before joining a firm, Wesley served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Debra R. McCaslin, Resident Judge for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Outside the office, Wesley enjoys traveling to other countries and as well as sneaking in some golf and hunting when he can.
