Elizabeth “Liz” Wiles practices in the firm’s Charleston, South Carolina office. She has numerous years of experience defending insurance carriers, third party-administrators, employers, and self-insureds in workers’ compensation claims. She is licensed in South Carolina and Georgia and also practices under the federal Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act. She’s represented a variety of clients, including small businesses, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 ranked companies.

Liz is a Kentucky native and relocated to the Lowcountry to attend law school in 2012. After graduation, she completed a two-year judicial clerkship for the Hon. Kristi L. Harrington. After concluding her clerkship, she’s exclusively practiced workers’ compensation defense at both boutique and large firms. Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the outdoors of SC and beyond. She loves to travel and is a National Park enthusiast.
