Destiny Stewart is a member of HPLP’s Charleston, South Carolina office, where she practices in workers’ compensation defense.

Destiny earned her Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from Clemson University in 2022 and her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2025. While in law school, she served as Editor in Chief of the CSOL Journal for Law and Public Policy. Before joining HPLP, Destiny served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Deadra L. Jefferson in the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court.

A native South Carolinian, Destiny enjoys spending time at the beach with family and friends and exploring Charleston’s history and culinary scene.
