Zack Jarrett is a partner with the law firm Holder Padgett Littlejohn + Prickett, LLC, working out of their Charleston, SC office. His practice focuses exclusively on workers’ compensation defense. Zack has years of experience representing employers, insurance carriers, self-insureds, third-party administrators and others throughout South Carolina. Zack has handled hundreds of workers’ compensation claims from start to finish and has extensive experience in a large range of complex issues related to workers’ compensation matters.

Prior to joining HPL+P, Zack served as an attorney for a regional insurance defense firm, where he managed a large amount of workers’ compensation claims for a variety of clients ranging from small employers to Fortune 500 companies. Zack has been recognized on the “Ones to Watch” list by Best Lawyers in America from 2021 through the present. Additionally, Zack was named to the Charleston, SC Legal Elite list in 2023.

Outside of work. Zack enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, going to the beach, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
